Sustainability and Enhancement
At UNIPAR, we are certain that the environment is the greatest challenge of the 21st century. In this regard, we want to reduce the ecological footprint of all our projects to the greatest possible extent. Each architectural proposal not only prioritizes using eco-efficient materials, but is also designed and developed to take advantage of the natural characteristics of the residential space's location, namely solar orientation, wind exposure or the lighting and natural ventilation periods. This represents the only way to substantially reduce energy consumption.
